To enable the 3L Project to keep pace with future developments in Computer Science and to facilitate the discovery and implementation of future improvements the 3L Project is committed to providing a core system that is very flexible and easy to experiment with. To take advantage of that flexibility and to help push the 3L Project forward in to new territories a page is being dedicated to computing theories and hypotheses that will improve the computing system as a whole. It will be continually updated and the blog will also be updated with any major modifications, whether new proposals, modifications, or failures.
